Are 3rd party collections possible – ie person (A) deposits baggage and person (B) collects?

YES, as long as the person who collects has the ORIGINAL TICKET given by us to the person who made the deposit.

What are your operating hours?

Operating hours is from 4 am – 11pm daily. Baggage will under no circumstances be released outside the published operating hours.

It is a manned over the counter facility with 24-hour CCTV security system.

What happens if I lose my ticket/receipt?

There is a lost ticket fee to cover our administration costs. You will be required to show appropriate identification, and you must be able to detail the contents of the baggage to our complete satisfaction. You will also be required to sign an indemnifier.

What happens if my baggage sustains damage while in storage?

This is extremely unlikely as we only place your baggage on to storage racks. Baggage that is found to be damaged on receipt by our staff may or may not be accepted for storage. Damaged bags may be noted at the time of receipt. We may specifically exclude our liability on bags which are unsuitable, overweight, unsafe, or previously damaged in anyway. Our liability, in any event, for loss, theft or damage to baggage in storage or transit from storage is limited to a fixed amount per transaction.

Is there CCTV coverage in all Left Baggage storage locations?

Yes all our premises are monitored by 24hr CCTV coverage.

Is my luggage safe?

Yes all baggage is stored in a dedicated secure left luggage storage area.

Do I need to lock my bag?

No. As mentioned before, your bag is extremely safe as it is monitored by 24hr CCTV coverage and stored in a dedicated secure left luggage storage area.
